Pursuant to Article 13 paragraph 9, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 90/11), to announce that there are commercial entities with which the Port Authority of Leeds, as the contracting authority, shall not enter into public contracts within the meaning of Article 13 . the Public Procurement Act.
