The Port Authority of Slavonski Brod is implementing the „Studies and project documentation for the
dangerous cargo terminal in Port Slavonski Brod“. This is the first project of its kind in Croatia, and
the primary goal of this project is to create a study, project, and tender documentation for the
construction of a dangerous cargo terminal that will create preconditions for more dynamic growth
of activities and ensure better technical conditions in the Port Slavonski Brod.
During 2025, the following activities were carried out:
- A Location Permit was obtained from the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and
State Assets, dated June 20th, 2025.
- The final version of the main design, including all accompanying elaborations, was prepared,
with positive opinions obtained from the project reviewers (main design control), dated
September 22nd, 2025.
- The procedure for obtaining a building permit was initiated before the Ministry of Physical
Planning, Construction and State Assets, dated September 23rd, 2025.
The process of obtaining the building permit is currently underway, while activities continue in
parallel on the preparation of the detailed design and procurement documentation.
