In the premises of the Port Authority Slavonski Brod 28.06.2022. contract was signed for the service of preparing studies and project documentation for the dangerous cargo terminal in port Slavonski Brod.
This is the first project of its kind in Croatia, and the main goal is to create preconditions for more dynamic growth of activities and ensuring better technical conditions in the port of Slavonski Brod through the preparation of study, project and tender documentation.
The director of Port Authority Slavonski Brod, Marijan Jurić, said that the idea arose several years ago, and it is a long-term project because the goal is to meet all actual technical and environmental standards. Jurić added that they are proud that the European Union has recognized this project, that is, needs of the international entry port to the European Union on river Sava.
HIDROING d.o.o. from Osijek is the leading company in this project, and the contract was also signed by Geokon Zagreb, which deals with foundations and geotechnical exploration works, and Ekonerg Zagreb, in charge of environmental protection.
